Introduction

Slash, gen, het, the works. Whee!

Revolutionary Girl Utena (Shoujo Kakumei Utena)

I don't know the fandom as well as I'd like (another thing to do this summer), having only read the first volume of the manga and seen a few episodes of the show, but Amaranth, by Yasmin M., is lovely and vaguely creepy and absolutely chock-full of the sort of atmosphere I only wish I could create in a story. (implied Utena + Anthy)

The Sandman

[disenchanted], by jenelin, is about running, and fairytales, and other things. Like very few authors, jenelin can capture the 'feel' of the graphic novels. (gen)

[i saw a butterfly], by jenelin, is in Delirium's voice, and is as beautiful and strange as Delirium. (gen)

The boy who gave away his birthday, by Mary Borsellino, is quirky and clever and sweet and as Sandman as you can get without pictures. (Daniel-Dream/OMC)

The Scarlet Pimpernel

Bastille Day, by jenelin, is a short, spare vignette about the meeting of Marguerite and Chauvelin. There is a sad shortage of good fic about the Chauvelin-Marguerite relationship, and "Bastille Day" helps to remedy that. (gen)
